Operations Manager
Job Responsibilities
• Oversees daily outlet’s operations and maintain customer service standards
• Plan and supervise shift work across outlets
• Control operational cost and inventory
• Prepare sales & inventory reports
• Sales incentive available
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B industry , preferably possesses a Diploma in Restaurant * Culinary Operations or equivalent qualification
• Service oriented with leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel)
